About me

I grew up in Himachal Pradesh, India loving nature. Himachal is one of the few states that had remained largely untouched by external customs, largely due to its difficult terrain. Himachal is blessed with pristine cultural heritage and natural beauty and you can capture them in your camera and cherish them throughout your life. I remember my school camping trips in Manali and Dharamshala as a child, and looking back it was probably those holidays that awoke the wanderlust in me. A love of traveling has been a constant in my life, but a love of photography developed much later in 2016 when I bought my first digital camera and attempted to teach myself how to take better pictures of the places I saw rather than just snapshot records. Now I focus on traveling, and shooting landscapes and nature. I'm still inspired by visiting new places and learn different cultures. And when I'm not out traveling or taking pictures, I can usually be found at home with my wife planning the “next trip”.
